NOTICE

The following are the returns called for with respect to enemy property under Government Notification No. 471 of 30th October, 1916, and Ordinance No. 5 of 1918. Compulsory Returns.

A. Dividends, Interest, or Share of Profits due to enemy persons.

B. Property held on behalf of enemy persons.

C. Shares, Stock, Debenturo Stock, Debentures or other obligations, Share of Profits or Interest held for or by or due to enemies.

D. Property held for safe custody on behalf of enemy persons,

E. Income received from property already record- ed with the Custodian and held on behalf of

enemy persons.

F. Debts (for not less than $500), Bank Deposits and Bank Balances due to, or held on behalf of enemy persons.

*G. Debts, including Bank Balances due from enemy persons or Firms to British Persons or Firms resident or carrying on business in Hongkong.

H. Property (other than debts and bank balances) held by enemy persons or Firms for British Persons or for Firms resident or carrying on business in Hong- kong.

J. Personal Luggage detained in Enemy Countries and belonging to British Persons or Persons resident in Hongkong.

Each of above is divided into three classes:

1. In respect of persous residing or carrying on business in enemy territory. (White forms.)

2. In respect of enemy persons in China, Siam or Persia or of persons residing or carrying on business in territory occupied by the enemy. (Blue forms.)

3. In case of doubt as to inclusion in 1 or 2.

(Pink forms.)

Copies of the above forms can be obtained at The Custodian's Office, General Post Office Building, Top Floor.

It is requested that care may be taken to use the correct form for each kind of return.
